For Ready To Ship Articles:
We offer a generous 3-day exchange period for all our customers on Ready To Ship articles. If you wish to exchange your purchase, simply reach out to us within this timeframe.
For Pre-Booked Articles:
Exchanges for Pre-Booked articles are available only in cases where there is a defect in the product. In such instances, the refunded amount will be credited to your The Blissful Attire Wallet, which you can use to purchase a different article.
No Returns for Pre-Booked Orders:
Under normal conditions, we do not accept returns for Pre-Booked orders. However, we do offer Conditional Exchange if you encounter quality issues with the product. To initiate a return, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the reverse courier charges of Rs 150, which will be deducted from the credited amount.
Why No Refunds for Pre-Booked Orders?
Due to high import duties and shipping charges, it is not feasible for us to provide refunds for Pre-Booked orders. This is because such refunds incur additional costs, and limited stock quantities prevent other customers from purchasing the same product.
Sale Items Policy:
Items on sale will not be exchanged or refunded unless the product is damaged.
Return Process:
To return any purchased items, please contact our care team within 7 days of delivery. Provide the following information: - Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return - In case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
Cancellation by The Blissful Attire:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including incorrect pricing, out-of-stock items, increased shipping costs, or import duties. This applies regardless of whether the order is paid or in processing. In such cases, we will promptly refund the amount to the customer and inform them accordingly.
International Shipping:
For our international customers, please note that once an international order is processed or confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Custom duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are based on the destination, size, and weight of your order for international orders.
